Q3 makes the Mode button flicker??

Is this a common issue: when I have the Q3 active button selected, a very faint red flicker occurs with the Mode buttton? Doesn't appear with any other combination of buttons that ive seen.

Anything to worry about?

I just noticed it on my 2500LE.

Yep, does it on mine too, not a flicker, but the mode light comes on very faintly.

Yes, on my unit too.

And check this out: When recording to a sequence, the Undo button does the same, just before it comes on fully when you stop recording. I wouldn't worry too much about that.

very weird. makes me feel better (i think?!) knowing i'm not the only one

I did some more testing and this is what i got.

Q1 lights up REC
Q2 lights up Q1
Q3 lights up MODE
Q4 lights up WINDOW
BANK A lights up BANK B
Bank C lights up BAnk D
Bank D lights up BANK A

Basically a light button will light another light button.

From the repetitiveness, i assume its normal.

mode button flickers on mine to but i think it happens randomly

initially i thought this could have been due to bad circuitry/soldering, but i now think its just some light leaking from the button that you press, making its way to other points. i hope so anyway. i may double check this when i have the casing off to fit a CD/HD at some point in the future

Undo button is dimly lit all the time. And yes - I have the same things happening when pressing the after buttons. I wouldn't worry about it.

No, that cannot be true, as some of the combinations concept posted are too far away for that. I thought so too first. You can see the difference e.g. between Bank A - B and Bank B - C. The fact that it's the same on everyone's unit speaks against bad soldering too. So I guess it's really a thing with the power distribution to each of the lights.
