Wrong Ram

Researching on this board and others and I purchased Kingston ValueRAM 256MB 144-Pin SO-DIMM PC 133 Laptop Memory

and it does not work it said that it was not compatable.

Which one should I use I have some cheap memory that i had from a laptop years back and it worksbut it only reads 128mb

You haven't learned yet have you.
Pay attention to your manual CB.

My typo it is a 128mb stick but only reads 64mb and it is PC100

I did read the manual just a typo!!!!

Well, I suggest that for the time being you use the 64mb that you have now. That's plenty of sampling time. And remember that when you do want to go up to 128mb, you have to get a 256mg stick because the MPC2500 will only read half of what you have installed. Thats why you only got 64mb when you have a 128mb stick installed.
