Whats up guys, I'm all of the sudden having issues with my 2500 sampling. For example, when sampling a beat at let's say 140 bpm, the mpc keeps playing it back slower, like around 120 bpm (estimate) and it sounds like it's being stretched. I haven't had this problem before and it's probably some setting I screwed up LOL, but it's driving me crazy and I've searched the manual and the site but can't find the specific cause. I'm sampling into the digital input. Any help will be appreciated, thanks.

Hi, thanks for the reply. The problem is happening immediately after I record the sample, while in the preview section, before I choose to keep or retry the recording. When I preview the sample, it will play back at a slower tempo, and sounds like it's timestreched. Then, if I choose to keep the sample, it still sound like it's been strecthed. Is there some kind of auto stretch in the settings somewhere? Or is there something wrong with my MPC? I just recently started having this problem, Appreciate the help..

You are using the digi ins, so my guess is that the sample rate is wrong - it needs to be 44.1 khz. By what you say you are feding it 48 khz. It is not really a problem, just pitch up the sample in program so it matches the original.
