Freezing issue

I havent sampled and chopped in a minute, but when i decided to come back to it, everytime i press ''do it'' to automatically chop my sample, my mp freezes, it never used to do that to me, how can I fix this please?

What OS are you using? Word on the street is 1.24 chops are hella slow...

I had similar issue with 1.24, it really has some problems with chopping, especially with longer samples. Try JJ OS Free (3.08). It's really worth it.
