something i never seen on the mpc 2500

At about 3:10 into the video something strange happens to the MPC that eventually had to cut off the fix. Has anyone ever seen this before? Check it out

had the same thing happen to me tonite. i was working on a beat and when i held in the note repeat, there was a faint snare repeating without me hitting any pads.

what OS are you using? i'm using Akai OS 1.23

did you ever figure out what the bug was?

You guys do know that you can "lock" the Note Repeat by pressing Shift while holding it, right?

yea. i use that all the time.

it's not that, it's like a weird bug. it had a faint snare sound that was just stuck on. not sure what happened. just like in the dudes video that he pointed out, except mine was a different snare sound.

i had to shut the MPC off and turn it back on, then it was gone.
