TAP TEMPO

Is it just me or this function on the 2500 is totally inaccurate and,dare I say,a true s°°t???

I can't make it right,and I'm a dj so I know a thing or two on how to tap the tempo...

I'm curious to read your opinion about it.

lol.. yeah i got a mpc 1000 and sometimes its inaccurate... i just press tap tempo to get it close to the tempo i want.. and i just look around that tempo and see whats good for me

I never use that function

mine works fine. i bet you just have the amount of taps set to 2 and your timing is a little off which can make for big differences in bpm. increase the amount of taps needed to change the bpm.

yeah mine works fine. It will at the very least put you in the ballpark.
