I got an issue where im playing back the beat i made in the mpc 2500 synced to my recording software, im using samplitude as a recording program. I have set the midi sync up correctly in the 2500 as well as in the program using MTC with a frame rate of 30. The problem is my hi hats seem to be running faster and over the top of each other when i play the mpc as a slave but the rest of the beat is on time. It only happens for about 15 to 20 seconds and then the hi hats straighten out and run smoothly with the beat. When i use the mpc 2500 as the master and hit play this problem doesn't exist.
I'm wondering if this happens to be a setting change i need to make within my recording software or the mpc? I'm also using the 16 levels tune setting in the mpc 2500 for my hi hats cause i wanted them to sound different through out the beat. The sample that i used for my hi hats is set to Note On and not One shot cause one shot will make your sample continue to play through and not with the beat , so i know i have that setting correct.
Any guidance with someone with a similar problem or experience would be much appreciated? :(

I use Logic and never used Samplitude but maybe here you can find your answer from other DAWs...
