Just this weekend a copped alot of itilian records... So far Im loving my digging but I got HD issues. :?

Last night I chopped up a sample, layed down some drums and did the whole thing. Well today when I wanted to lay my MM6 over the beat my PROGRAM kept saying "FILE NOT FOUND"?
So I rechopped the sample and saved it and yet again I get the same error.

Any have any suggestions?
Im about to save my whole HD into a flashdrive right now...
This sh1t is wack.

Had something like that with my cf card and mpc500. In my case there was a corrupted file on my cf card.
Back it up on ur computer. ur pc will recognise the corrupted file. U can erase that one, format the hd and put everything back on it. (Never had problems with the 1000 or 2500, both with JJ)
The only bit of advice I have so far.

So I should just save it on my PC like in a folder?
When and how will the PC find the corrupted file?

Its only a issue with PROGRAMS aswell. everything else saves perfectly fine.

I just backed everything on my PC into a folder and I also backed up everything on a flash drive.

How do you format the HD with the JJOS? When I installed my HD I never formatted it.

Yeah dude I love those Ultra II cards... They are much faster than the original ones.

I should test to see if they are faster than my HD?

Naw we are talking about the same card.

Well I formatted my HD and I still get the same issue.
I can save everything but PROGRAMS. It says the the PROGRAM already exists. :(

Damn... But its just the PROGRAMS that dont save correctly. Everything else is fine...

Im gonna try some other stuff before I go into buying a HD or I will just stick to my 4gb Ultra II CF card

Not sure whats wrong but it only happens when I try to save any new program to that folder it says it already exist.

So I just made a new folder for my samples that I chopped up and it works fine.
Anybody know what could be wrong with that folder?

peace
