Qlink affecting Decay

I've been rocking a 25 for a minute yet have nevr needed to utilize this feature as if it was a 60/3000 etc.
How can I use the slider just like the hihat slider on the 60. I remember doing this on my XL as well but don't quite remember.
I would just like to snap an OHH sample shut using the fader. Up til now I would use the CHH to mute the OHH samp. So what's good? This can't be impossible. I tried muting with an empty pad but it's just not the same.

Honestly, did you read the manual chapter on that? It's all explained in there.

OOhh.. It must feel good to break out the ol RTFM. I didn't have access to the manual when I posted, not to mention the 25k manual is one of the most poorly written books I've read. My EPS manual actually reads like a logically written technical manual. Not the 2500..
