I think the same thing happened to my "undo" button recently. It's kinda like it won't "click". It feels like it is flat the board or something and can slide around freely in the millimeter gap surrounding it. Does this makes sense to any of y'all??

btw, it still works if I just kinda move it to the left and press on it but i cannot feel/hear a click. Whats wrong??

peace

search for 'worn out buttons' i threw up a picture and you can see how the button breaks, i swapped around all the broken buttons for ones i used less as some one said ^^..

i installed a new right hand side pcb board ($70 for a 2500 from mpc-stuff is CHEAP imo) and all the tact switches/volume knobs are perfect again....

on another note i got those black transport buttons from mpc-stuff and one of them broke on the bottom corner almost right away, the plastic is a bit more brittle than the stock ones but look dope..

Menco wrote:The plastic button u press is not the actual button. When u press a button (the cover) it triggers the tactswitch.
Ur tactswitch still works, but the cover (the plastic part u push down) probably came loose.
Real easy to replace.

scared to open thou~
