Recording Track Mutes

I don't see this in the manual...Is it possible to record track mutes down to a track, and not be on it's own "track mute" track? Say, if I wanted multiple track mute recording in one sequence?

On JJOS it works, not sure about Akai.... All you need to do is go into Track Mute, hit Rec+Play Start and record away....

To delete any track mute you can go into Seq edit and delete them there, or unmute everything and record without track mutes and star over.
