Autoloading everything!!!!!!

My issue is whenever I turn on my 2500 it loads damn near everything that is on the cf card and it is very annoying. I dont have the auto load function on so I'm not sure what the problem is. Another issue i have is when i save anything, (whether a program, sequence) it says file namn already exist, but i know without a shadow of a doubt these file names do not exist. Any help would be greatly apreciated.

I would reinstall the OS.
For the autoloading, don't start the MPC with your CF card in the slot. If there's no CF card in the slot, it has nothing to autoload.
