Haven't had a 2500 for quite some time. but a buddy of mine is looking to trade his for some gear of mine. So I went over to his house to check his out.
Seems to work except for the 8 assignable mix outputs on the back. Can't get any sound to come out of any of the ports -- I've gone to mixer and tried assigning sounds to each of them but to no avail.
I am able to get sound to come out of the Stereo Outputs on the back as well as the Headphone jack on the front. When I change from Stereo Out to any of the 8-outs, the sound goes away from the stereo outputs as it should.
I am able to sample in stereo using the jacks on the back -- which seem to share the same PCB as the 8-outputs.
Is there something really obvious that I'm missing here or is the entire 8-output board completely shot?
