DEAD JOG WHEEL PROBLEMS

My jog wheel is dead

I really want my MPC repaired, but i can't find anywhere! There is only 1 place i can find and it's far away in London! (i'm in South Yorkshire in the UK) : http://www.cimplesolutions.co.uk

Are there any more places in the UK where i can send my MP in for repairs? (Preferably outside the M25) How much does it usually cost to fix an MPC?

Is it an easy task to fix it yourself?

if your jog wheel is bad, you might try ordering the replacement encoder from a US site and see if they will ship to you maybe. Although you would have to solder the part on.
Otherwise you could try to do the same thing, but with the entire Right Assy PC Board that has the jog wheel on it.
Providing that is the issue.

I would call mpcstuff and vstservice and see if they will help you overseas first.
