NEWBIE ALERT: HOW TO TRANSFER SONG TO PC

so...i made a beat on my new mpc 2500 but i don't know how to transfer it into my pc....is there a way to make the song to mp3 or wav?

any advice would help. I read the manual but didnt learn anything.

Go to record screen. Select 'main out' is input source. press the f6 record button. Now play the beat while it's recording, save it on ur card and ur beat is in a wav format
