HELP, TUNING an entire Programm ????????

I got an MPC2500 and one thing is really driving me crazy...please somebody help me out !!!!

HOW CAN I TUNE AN ENTIRE PROGRAMM. and I dont want to do it with a slider, I want to change the semitones exactly, like in the programm mode for each sample, you know....so I am looking for a global way to tune it for instance +0.40 or something.
I mean its cool to use the slider, but the tune inbetween too and I need to know how much I tune..

Are you using JJOS?

If so go to program, move cursor to tune, hold shift, press F6 (Whole). Now you can change the tune for the whole program.

If you're not using JJOS...

yeah thanks mate.... im not using JJOS ...yet...but could be a reason for that.
any disadvantages on the JJOS side ?

i have JJ OS 3.08, but it is not working...i go to programm, tune, but when i press shift nothin happens....

please help me..

On the Free JJ OS: Press MODE + PAD 11. Scroll to tune and hit F6 (WHOLE).

I thought the free JJOS didn't have that feature?

I just did it now on the free JJ OS 3.09 so it does. It has a stripped down GPE screen bit still includes tune, along with filter, pan and fx controls.

Isn't there a number pad similiar to an xl?

yo on the FREE jj os you just press "mode" and then "PAD11" and it will open up a screen where you press "whole" and you can set the tune for the whole program.

and the jj's you pay for can do it too... it's just setup a little different.

ok but what are you talking about? i'm not aware the FREE jj can effect the filters for an entire program??

that's something i used to do on the jj0s1 but now i'm on the free one and i have to mass filter effect a program one pad at a time..

I was talking before about tuning an entire program, but you can also effect the filters for an entire program in the same screen of the free JJOS 3.09.

Mode + Pad 11 is the GPE screen. From there you can scroll right to filter type, resonance or cut off and hit f6 (whole) to effect them all at once.
