i searched on here and google and could not find much on the topic.

how would i go about integrating by graphic eq for use on the mpc? im wondering if there is a way of hooking them up without using a mixer...

You don't need a mixer for it. Maybe an amp, but that depends on what kind of equalizer u have and what kind of speakers. It also depends on how u want to use it. I run my samples from tt to dj mixer, from dj mixer to equalizer and from equalizer to mpc's record in.

U can also let the outs from the mpc running through the equalizer and from there to an amplifier or speakers

Nothing is set in stone.... we are talking about creativity here.
Do what you want.
1. put eq after the mpc
2. eq your sounds before you sample them
3. put eq after the mpc AND eq your sounds before you sample them
4. eq and re-sample your sounds more than once.

This aint rocket science.. do what you feel and if it isn't the outcome you want, do something else -.-
