Quick Question

I was wondering if you could use an Alesis dm10 kit to trigger samples from the 2500 and sequence the performance? This might be a dumb question or one that has been answered...if so I apologize. Thanks!

If it has a midi output the answer is yes.

Trigger on Alesis DM10 using drum sticks.

Sequence on the MPC.
