New "Blue Screen" Won't work for my 2500

I ordered a new blue screen from MPCstuff.com and installed. I get nothing but a blue screen, I even tried adjusting the screen contrast. This is the second screen they've sent me but it still won't work. When I hook up my old screen it works. Any ideas? Suggestions?

it's definitely the contrast... how are you going about trying to adjust it? and are you using AKAI OS or JJOS? changing the contrast is different on each OS...

The Akai OS....and I'm using shift and the jog wheel(and stop + jog wheel). That method works fine on my original screen.
