2500 Mpc Chop Shop window problem??

Hi i have on my mpc chop shop problem when i try to chop my samples in to regions.
When i press the (F5) (CHOP) key i dont know why but it go staright to auto mode the chop shop window dont come when i press chop key?

I have on my mpc JJOS 3.09

Im asking does anybody know why my chop shop window dont show up?

In the AKAI MPC 2500 Manual book in bage 71 is "DIviding a sample into regions of equal legth (EQUALLY)"

01.In the Sample field within the TRIM page, select a sample you wish to edit.

02.Press the (F5) (CHOP) key.
The ChopShop window will be displayed. <---- NOT WORK NOT SHOWING UP!

What and how i can do that thing show up?

im having this same problem...i know this post is over a year old but im seeking an answer! does 3.09 not come equipt with chopshop. Seems upgrading is the only solution!
