If you described the issues in the auction, he has no case. You mentioned the sensors may need replacement. Doesn't matter if more pads failed when he received. You still mentioned the solution to the pad issue. Also, if you sold the item as is, he has no case.

i do apologise for wasting a thread, i thought it would be a good idea to link this to my statement to paypal, but i came up with a better defence so i decided to scrap the idea. i like how i got more responses when i didnt need replies haha
