What does it mean when it says the 2500 has a 100,000 note capacity? I noticed that the 4000 has a 300,000 note capacity. I am just curious to know the meaning to broaden my understanding of these machines. Please help if possible.........

it means it only has that many notes stored inside it and once you've played them all it runs out of notes and won't play anymore.

You can refill it by buying another pack of note refills e.g

just kidding. it means the sequencer can play up to 100000 notes in a sequence
