Very impressive customer support from Numark

Lots of complaints get made here about Numark, but I just wanted to say that when my MPC 2500 recently broke down they got it back to me....in a week! I was extremely impressed.

I got them on the phone, they emailed me straight back with a very reasonable quote for the repairs and shipped the repaired MPC back to me in only seven days. Very cool. Respect!

how much is a "reasonable quote"?.. i'd be pissed if i had to pay for anything other than shipping to be honest.

I doubt that would have happened with any other model...
