MPC 2500 Internal HD

What brand/type of internal HD will fit inside the 2500? Can I get any internal HD and some kind of adapter or is it more specific than that?

you need an ide 2.5 inch laptop harddrive like khayos said - you don´t want to buy a s-ata harddrive since they don´t fit.

samsung hdd are generally very quiet, but noise would not be a problem anyways, because the hdd stops spinning after a few seconds not using it.
