problem tune mpc and midi keyboard m audio keystation

Hello
I use mpc 2500se and i have a problem for play tune a song on my keyboard.
I push on 16 level and choose tune but no response on my midi keyboard.......
I think it's'a problem with midi note
If you have an idea , i wait your response
