mpc 2500 Error 0X80070052 through USB

I recently got an mpc first time user and everything ..
I was trying to load samples by drag and dropping through the usb but when i do this error code pops up Error 0X80070052
so there for i can not load it with my samples plz help im new and a tad bit afraid!
what can i do

never heard of this before, can you try on another computer ? or using another usb cable

As a new user relying on drag and drop to load samples into the machine won't teach you any skills that a ten year old doesn't have these days.

By all means try to sort your USB issues out and perhaps consider doing something real old school with that 2500.

That seems to be a Windows error USB message from Windows not specific to the MPC. I Googled the code, and a lot of people seem to have this error with USB thumb drives. I'd try some of the re-formatting options and other stuff that was mentioned in the search I did. Just Google the code number. But that's definitely an issue with Windows USB hosting protocol, and far less likely your USB port on your MPC is shot or anything.

well I do sample through my turntable and mixer with vinyl if you must know
I prefer it that way, but in the world today the vast majority is digital
all i am doing is trying load my mpc in all ways that i can and btw...thanks for your comment it helped alot!
