PT8 (Master) to MPC 2500 (Slave) midi synch issue

I've been using PT8 as the master and my 2500 as the slave for some time now. Last week I went to record a new track (using the same settings as usual) into PT and now for some reason the MPC isn't starting from 0. Its starting approx 10 bars into the sequence. I haven't changed any settings that I'm aware of and trying to figure this out is driving me INSANE. Any ideas on how I can fix this?

Did you check if the "pre/post roll" is selected in Protools? Happened to me a few times.
