is it possible to use my mpc2500 with a maschine like this..?

i like the idea of still using the mpc for sequences and drums but then being able to add the kompletes plugins sounds to my mpc seqence's via the maschine. while still being able to use mpc as normal. (basically use the maschine as a plugin trigger/controller into my mpc so i can save new programs)

i also plan on buying a emu keyboard for controlling piano plugins.

Then i plan on tracking it all from mpc to sonar....

Been trying to get my head around it all day. Cant see why not but would like feedback plz??

slave maschine to your mpc..

yes, but you'd lose control integreation you get with maschines controller

thought i would share.

decieded to stick with my mpc., ended up getting komplete 8 with a novation impluse keyboard. got the mpc connected with midi to the keyboard. been so simple to hook up i feel bit stupid for asking about the midi.

best descision ive made. opens up a whole new sound base for me and not just relying on sampling anymore is great.

i do have one more question.. want to to be able to record keys on the fly and hear it play back. whats the easiest way to record the midi from the keyboard into mpc with NOT having to use the pads to tap the notes in and to avoid stopping the recording and a creating a prgm and re- recording it into a sequence???

thanks for link but ive figured it out.

simply turn the midi channel off and viola!just a case of turning the track back onto to audio. simple.
