Pad sensors are playing up!

Hey folks! I have run into some problems with my pads. Whenever i play pads 1,9,and 13 simultaneously pad 5 is also triggered. I think its either the sensory problem or maybe its something wrong in the operating system. Has anyone ever experienced this? I saw a previous topic similar to this problem but the problem wasnt really resolved :S

Also, im using original OS.
