MPC2500 File Transfer USB Problem

I have a mpc2500 and I frequently use the USB function to transfer files I truncated in Audacity to an internal hardrive on the MP.

The problem is that sometimes when I have multiple cuts of a single song, when I transfer them they're all the same when I preview them in the mpc.

can someone tell me how to deal with this?

Use 16 characters or less in each file name. So if your software appends numbers to the end of each chop, make sure the original sample name is suitably short. i.e. if it adds '-001', '-002' etc, make sure the unchopped sample has a name no longer than 12 characters.
