if all your outputs on the mpc are distorting or "bitcrushing" somehow, did you check the master level of your mpc?
if you just use a few sounds this might be not noticeable, but if you have a whole song with many layers and tracks then the mpc might distort the outputs if the master level is set to high, e.g. to 0db or -6db.
try lowering that value and see if it helps.
also you always could try to resample the main outs (this internal resample is always at a fixed gain, this is why you´ll get no meters and no gain in the record page) and then export that sample thru usb or via cf-card to the computer.
check if your sounds are also distorted if you go this way. (also try this way with other master level settings and check if it makes a difference.)
next thing to check is simple: just make sure that no pad actually goes to the bitcrusher effect (but i am sure that you are aware of that).
another thing to check is the master effects, especially the compressor. check that this is either set to off (why use a "master effect" if you will continue to work on a track in a daw?) or not to use extreme settings, because compressors have a "natural" tendency to distort the signal especially in the low frequencies.
if the distortion/bitcrush already happens inside your mpc, then no external audio interface is able to "repair" this. it would just amplify the bad sound.
and finally check if your headphones are not the ones that are distorting, either because they are broken or too weak for the signal from the mpc. (what modell are the headphones, and what impedance do they have? low impedance headphones with 32ohm also can be distorted easier with powerful headphone sockets.)
