Something like this, I don't have one, but unsuccessfully tried to help another user get his going with his MPC Renaissance recently, so this might not be correct/complete...
Connect an MPC MIDI Out to the Fantom MIDI In.
Connect the Fantom MIDI Out to a MPC MIDI In.
Turn Local MIDI to Off in Fantom, so that the Fantom keyboard only sends MIDI to it's MIDI Out, and does not send MIDI directly/internally to the internal Fantom sound engine.
Turn the Fantom USB Mode to Storage, or something other than MIDI, so that the internal Fantom sound engine receives MIDI from it's MIDI input, which according to the manual it does not do in USB MIDI Mode.
Setup the Fantom in Performance Mode, so that there is a Fantom Patch assigned to each of the 16 MIDI channels that you want to play from the MPC.
Setup sequencer tracks in the MPC to send MIDI to the MPC MIDI Out port that the Fantom is connected to, and to the MIDI channels that you have have assigned Fantom Patches to in the Fantom Performance Mode.
Play and Sequence a different Fantom Patch, as setup in the Fantom Performance, from each of the MPC MIDI sequencer tracks that you have setup to send MIDI to the Fantom.
