Is the larger screen upgrade from MPCstuff worth it?

Probably most of you just have the screen your unit came with, but this question is for anybody who upgraded their screen. Was it a easy install? Does it make things easier to find, improve workflow, or just makes things easier to grasp from a larger screen?

Just curious if the upgrade is worth the $200ish...

yea i upgraded mine and it is very worth it. Was not hard to install at all. The screen is the same size as a MPC 5000 but utilizes the home screen alot better. You can toggle FX 1 and 2, you can toggle q-links on and off, you have to access to your mixer, and you can toggle your master EQ and COMP on and off all from the main screen. Thats with the free OS that comes with, there is also a paid upgraded version that OS.

Sounds good to me. I'm going to want to give this MPC25k a custom job anyway. (New pads, skin, screen). Then hopefully it won't look as scuffed as it does now.
