Easy MPC lovers.
Got an issue here. I'm hoping this can be resolved. If not, It's a major **** up from Akai.
My MPC has an 80gb HD installed and I've noticed a horrible, high pitched sound coming from the MPC, which is making me think that every recording I do will have this sound, making recording on the MPC totally useless.
I have linked up a couple of sound clips for you to listen to. The first is a beat. If you can't hear this high pitch sound through the beat, put a high pass filter on it. The second is the high pitched sound its self and the third sound, which has led me to believe that this is a HD issue is me pressing Mode, then Load and you can hear the HD boot up.
These recordings where recorded through my mixer into my DAW so there is no natural ambience at all. I've tried the same thing through the Headphone jack and I can still hear the interference.

Any help or advice with this would be greatly appreciated as if it cannot be sorted, I'm probably going to look into getting a 1000 as I've used those in the past and not had an issue like this with them.

In space, nobody can hear you scream.
