Hey guys! I've had an mpc5000 for a couple years now, and every time id pan a sample all I'd have to do is go into Program and then Window to pan it. That doesn't seem to be present on the 2500 though. I see that you can do it on the Mixer, but my panning doesn't save when I only save the program as I do. Is there any alternative to panning samples other than the Mixer like there is on the 5000?

I see now that you can just go to LFO under the program window, but mine only says 'Filter2' where PAN should be.

Maybe panning is save inside another file and not the program file.
2kxl panning is not saved in program file either. It's saved in a file along with mixer settings.

Pan is set in the mixer window, not the LFO pan setting in Program.

Maybe you have to save all programs and samples, or entire memory, instead of just the Program?

Are you running JJOS? Just go to global menu settings, panning is there.
Personally unless I'm just saving individual samples than I always save entire memory, then nothing gets missed like panning setting for instance.

You guys were all right but thank you! I had to just save the mixer with the program as previously mentioned, or replace files after using the mixer outside of the program.
