MPC Heads,
When Im loading a saved sequence in the mpc 2500 from previously recorded tracks using an external roland fantom xa keyboard it loads up fine in the MPC with separate midi channels 1A, 2A etc. However, when I press play on the MPC instead of hearing the different instruments play simultaneously in rhythm I hear the same intrument or sound playing on all the tracks I previously recording on.
Just to be clear , I have both the mpc and the keyboard on at the same time, and when I saved the sequence in the MPC I specifically saved it as a sequence in its own separate folder. I'm trying to narrow down if this is a midi setting that I have set wrong in the MPC or within the roland fantom Xa? Any help in the right direction is much appreciated.
