So basically, I'll try and explain this:
With a beat that i was making, i added a new track, after recording it i record over it again to mute everything from 3-5 bars using erase while recording.... but somehow, its muted every sound on every track within that space, so essentially nothing plays from 3 bars onwards. I can see the sounds in step edit so they're still programmed in, and also, when i skip a step during play, the sounds start playing again.... basically its as if the muting i did over that one track layed a mute over all the tracks some how.
Really stressful.. any insight would be much appreciated
