Record it using the individual outs, the main outs or the digital out.

Are you running JJOS? With OS2, OS-XL, OS3 & OS128XL you can mix down a song as WAV-file. You could then import this file to your computer.

You could also resample (set input to main out) your tracks and import those files to your computer.

I'm using jj os xl 3.18 (gonna try update it today).

Could you be more specific on the process of passing the sound from the mpc to my mac? If you know about a video or something like that that shows the process, i'd be really thankfull! :)

You record the sound coming out of the MPC. So you plug your output of the MPC into the input your computer. Press record on the computer, press play on the MPC.

That is the simple way.

The other way is with the MPC's mixer, assign each track to its own output. You will need as many inputs on your computer (audio interface) as you have coming out of your MPC though. And multi-track recording software like Reaper mentioned above that can record different inputs at the same time into the PC.
