What's good everybody?

I have an interesting dilemma in regards to transferring sounds to my MPC via USB. I recently purchased a sample pack online, and began to transfer the sounds to my MPC using my USB from my computer. I have done this many times, but this time something odd is happening. After the sounds have been transfered to my MPC, I go and open the folder containing the kicks and began previewing them. But all the samples sound like they are the same sample as the first sound I previewed. Same as with the snare files and all the other files. So essentially it sounds like there is only one sound in the files. I tried re converting the files, but it's still happening.

I hope this makes sense. Has this happened to anyone else?

PS. I am using JJ OS 5.48

This has happened to me. For some reason changing the file name to be much different worked. Not 100% sure what is going on with this but that seemed to do the trick for me.

EDIT: Names that are too similar trip the machine out. That's what I meant.

I had this trouble too and discovered if the file name is long then you get problems. So if you have 'Dead good kick 1, Dead good kick 2, Dead good kick 3' etc the MPC will see them as 'Dead good ki, Dead good ki, Dead good ki' etc and load in the same sample.
