I've used an MPC 500 and an MPC 1000 in the past. When I would connect a USB cable to drag and drop files to the MPC, I would have to go through the process of "safely removing device" from the PC, unplugging the USB, exiting the USB screen on the MPC, etc. yada yada
On the MPC 2500, is is possible to plug a USB cable up to it once and leave it plugged in and be able to work on the machine without the hassle of removing the cable, etc. (described above)?
What I'd like to know is if I could just copy & paste files to the 2500, load them up and sequence them all without going through the process above. Say 10 minutes later I have some more samples I'd like to transfer over, just go into USB screen on the 2500, paste them and go about my business. Is this possible?
Edit: I just caught the note in italics in the 2500 manual that this can't be done. BUT, does JJOS make it possible?
Is there an MPC that can do this?
