MPC 2500 LOAD/SAVE not work

Hey Mpc Friends. I need help please.
I have a Mpc 2500 and my problem is,if i press (Mode+Pad2) or other Pads is nothing happens
What should i do??

Fix your pads.

Is the mode button flashing after pressing it? If not fix your tact switch first.

Yes , is flashing,if i press all pads...i dont come to a menu

I'm having that same issue. Did you ever resolve it? If so, what did you do?
