Pads are slow

Hi. I have a problem. The sample is not played directly at the moment I hit the pad. Does anyone have the same problem or knows how to fix this unworkable situation. I just opened her up and cleaned the pads. but no difference. The velocities seem to work good when hitting, only to late. (( Anyone?
By the way great forum, I learned a lot from you guys. Hope you can help
