Id like the recording to only start when the audio hits the threshold I have set. At the moment the MPC 2500 starts rolling as soon as I press record. I thought I had to double click to get this response. I'm on Jjo's free.
appreciate any help

Ignore my question. I was using a noisy synth and didn't have the threshold set above the noise floor

I was gonna suggest something is noisy somewhere or no input threshold level has been set.
