Hey,

I'm trying out a new setup with the Novation launchpad Pro Mrk 3.
Setup is as follows.

JJOS XL latest V.

MPC is Master but receives midi in from the LPP

MPC Midi Out A to Moog Sirin Midi in receive clock
MPC Midi Out B to LPP Midi In receive clock

MPC Midi Settings
Sync is OFF

Clock on ABCD
FRAME 25
Loop SPP: OFF

Send MMC: off

MIDI Settings
Multi Timbral Off
Active track recieves channel :all
Soft Through: AS TRACK
Sequence change by Program: off

This is great as it allows me to Jam on The LPPs sequencer with the SIRIN whilst listening to the drums. It also allows me to key lock on the LPP for any synth its coupled with which is dope.

Every time I hit play on the MPC the sequencer on the LPP also plays and I can record the sequence directly into the MPC once I'm happy with it.

My question is can I stop Drum Tracks on the MPC from receiving midi note information from the LPP?

or

Is there a way to lock the midi input to a particular track so that I can flick to other DRUM tracks without designated midi track losing the midi feed?

The LPP has four sequencer tracks so ideally, I could be jamming on four different synths directly into the MPC at once. This might be impossible but I'm trying to work out a way.

I know I want the best of everything here but new workflow idea was possible it'd be incredible.
