when i push my pads the tune changes pitch randomly

when I am in the program mode and the tune is highlighted the pitch would change +31 or to random numbers
and when I push the pads the tune also changes..any idea if it is the pad sensors? or the jogging wheel board? anyone else experience this problem? I've tried starting up while pressing the erase button to reset it but it's still happening

There may be different tune settings per pad.

If you hit a pad, and change the tuning... it will only change it for that specific pad. When you hit a different pad you'll see the tuning for that pad.

So not quite enough information about what you're working on... drum kit, key group, or something else... but that's my first guess.

for example i'll turn it on and go to program mode and highlight +00.00 under the tune setting next thing i know its +17.34 without me even touching anything
