MPC2500SE pad loose

Hi guys, I'm new to MPC2500, I just bought se and I found his original pad is loose, is it the same for you guys

Is there any se user here, is yours the same?I disassembled it and checked it installed without issue. Is it a problem with the original pad?

The pads is a big sheet of rubber that can move slightly, the holes in the chasis is the only thing that's restricting them from moving. It's totally normal
