I have an 2500 right side og board vol control is no good

So its og all works but the vol control u can still get output but cant adjust stays low fi one vol ume. But any other parts works so if u need message me i can work an deal trade or buy this item lmk peeps ☝️

Is the board dammaged or is it the potentiometer that is broken? And what's your asking price
