Everytime I play the sequence I hear pop static on my right side of the speaker...I tried using headphones and the same thing happens...Anybody else have this problem? I'm basically playing kick and snare with reverb on it...and no there is no static in the samples themselves...

No filters on...The only thing on is the reverb...I played the same sequence with same sample on the MPC1000 without any problems...

Nevermind...I just returned the MPC2500...and got a Fantom X6 instead...and back to using my MPC1000...waiting for the new OS 2.0...You get so much more with a Fantom...sequencer, synth, sampler, etc...for the same price...$2000 for just a sampling drum machine is way too expensive for today's standard...I was willing to pay it, but not for all the problems it gave me...Anything that expensive better get the job done and get it done right...Maybe, I'll pick up a MPC4000...I had high hope for MPC2500 too...so disappointing...
