never owned an mpc thinking about the 2500

hi i've been making beats for three years on an sp-505 and now i just need something way better. i've always wanted an mpc and i was wondering about the learning curve on the 2500. i read a review where someone said that beginners probably wouldn't be able to work it. does anyone agree or disagree? should i get an older model or will it even make a difference in terms of learning curve?

3 yrs on a sp505, you'll be fine, no worries. Just a different way of producing, I'm sure you'll adapt just fine.

Again, your not a beginner if you got 3 years under belt on any beat machine. Somethings are universal on all beat machines. You'll be fine.
