Trouble with sample play back in trim mode, need help

I am working with a new MPC 2500 and I have encounter this problem:
while in trim mode when I hit the pad the sample will not play in entirety without my holding down the pad. Does anyone know to get a sample to play all the way through with one tap while in trim mode??? its killing me.

Thawt dat ther' full level thingamajig wus fer volyume, not tha hole sample playin out to da end stranger.

In the Trim Menu...hold down the Note Repeat button and then hit a pad.

I am not sure if this is in the manual..but I find it to work

word good lookin out jahrome is there any trick to makin it sound like a smooth transition between the end & start time of the loop.....there seems 2 b a lil glitch in between

that means ur having overlap with the start and end point

if you hit open window on the start or endpoint u can fine adjust until it doesnt overlap and sound right
